Company “Full house” is having trouble finding success with social media advertising, particularly Facebook, in trying to sell their new product – smart pen for students. The company spent significant amount of money for product ad in social media, but results, especially conversions, do not satisfy Elie. Elie is responsible for products marketing, specializing in social media marketing. As the situation is complicated, Elie has to find solutions and strategy how to promote new smart pen using social media.
StartCEO Peter together with marketer Elze looking for opportunities to promote simulation games and simulators for education. Peter and Elze know about social media opportunities and advantages, but their knowledge is more about traditional marketing. Before the company spends significant amount of money for product promotion in social media, Peter and Elze must prepare their homework before the start. Their aim - to share important content on social media to generate traffic to company’s websites and, hopefully, sales.
StartEmployees use their own or company’s as a person Facebook accounts to follow and share the content, related to “Bam” news, activities, events. Employees are not happy to use their own account for company purposes. Steve, trainee in company, decided to create separate Facebook account for company.
